About the author – Susan Fitzgerald

Thank you for visiting The Rainbow Light Collection Web Site. I have been working in the area of holistic health for more than a decade. I teach workshops and classes in Guided Visualisation and Deep Relaxation in Ireland and I also practice a comprehensive range of healing therapies.

I was born in America and grew up in New York City. I came to live in the south west of Ireland in 1979 and now reside in the town of Tralee, Co. Kerry. While I work with Reiki and other energy healing therapies, my greatest passion is in teaching. I experience a great sense of joy from seeing the many important and positive results achieved through the regular use of Deep Relaxation Therapy.

With this in mind, last year I wrote and recorded the seven titles which make up The Rainbow Light Collection. Through these CDs, I wish to give people an easy and effective way to deeply relax and release accumulated stress and tension on a regular basis. On a regular basis is most important for optimum results.
